The RRSV achieves its objectives through the establishment of governance processes and rules, in addition to adopting a committee management structure.
This process ensures the participatory functioning of the scientific community of the Network while guaranteeing transparency.
All FRQS thematic networks have a charter. This must be approved by the members’ assembly. This document sets out the rules and principles of management of the Network, the roles and responsibilities of the director, the axis directors and deputy directors, the administration of the Network via the Steering Committee, the functioning of the Scientific Committee, the description of the categories of members and the rules of financing.
In addition, the FRQS has made available to all thematic networks a document supporting them in the management and governance of the Network.
The RRSV operates under a governance framework based on transparency, collaboration and inclusiveness while ensuring the participatory functioning of the Network’s scientific community.
The RRSV follows the FRQS Thematic Network Management and Governance Guiding Principles, which guide the governance and strategic direction of the network, with regular updates for continuous improvement.
The Charter sets out the rules and principles of management of the Network, the roles and responsibilities of the director, the axis directors and deputy directors, the administration of the Network via the Steering Committee, the functioning of the Scientific Committee, the description of the categories of members and the financing rules.
