Mobility grant: presentation

The objective of this initiative is to provide financial support to college (CEGEP) and university student members of all cycles, as well as to postdoctoral fellows of the Vision Sciences Research Network (VSRRN) for their participation in a scientific event. Selected individuals will be required to make a PRESENTATION (oral or poster) as part of a national or international scientific dissemination activity (conference, symposium, workshop, congress) in person or virtually.

Please review the rules below to determine your eligibility.

Scholarship: up to $1,500

Up to a maximum of $1,500 per recipient (in person) and $200 (virtual) (with supporting expense report).

Deadlines

Financial year 2024-2025

January 13, 2025* (Spring/Summer 2025): Event starting between March 1 and August 31, 2025

Financial year 2025-2026

July 1, 2025* (Fall 2025/Winter 2026): Event starting between September 1, 2025 and February 28, 2026

January 12, 2026* (Spring/Summer 2025): Event starting between March 1 and August 31, 2026

* If these dates fall on a Friday-Saturday-Sunday, the candidate will have until Monday 11:59 p.m. to send their application to the RRSV.
